Locally managed areas will maximize their local economic potential, while aiming
for sustainable growth, and
local independance and control over their respective economies.
Our vision of prosperity is one that is not measured by
Total World Revenues (WorldWide-GDP),
yet instead by the conglomerate efforts of the local economies, their manageable and measurable GDP,
and their ability to make big local changes, and adapt without jeopordizing the whole National/Federal population.
First, our primary mandate is trying to satisfy local needs with local supplies and resources.
Secondly, if meeting local needs require external aid, we will measure the necessity level.

We will have as an objective to reduce shipping by looking to adjacent territories for our future client's needs.
Thirdly, our information infrastructure will enable us to visualize and measure market trends at a local level.
Individually, each Wehelpu Territory (ideally matching Federal political ridings)
will be in a position to help citizens with everything from municipal inquiries to
federal questions.
In an effort to simplify life for everyone and make politics a part of everyday life,
we also beleive each voter is an important part of a successful society, and
for this we forsee a need to encourage voting by means of financial and/or material gains to
Clients **F-2. Municipal, Provincial, and Federal Voting.
Our added advantage will be our ability to give people empowerment by being in a position
to persuade the local governments to make desired changes based on local demands.
For this we are going to want a local HUB for information, resources, and storage. A local
Front Desk and a Locally based DataServer that will manage local requests and local business. Our website will
be a network of smaller websites, or mini-sites that unite to inform the Main site ( www.wehelpu.ca )
of all the LOCAL : (news, weather, sports, concerts, events, festivals, garage sales, staffing requirments, staffing
availabilities, businesses and skilled labour available, business needs, residential needs,
and all registered phone numbers, emails, faxes, cellphones*F-3, and websites.)
Management will stem from territory deligates, who would be self employed individuals, giving them great autonomy as to the way they manage their business territory.
